Screenwriting Mentorship

For screenwriters and writer-directors working on a feature film or TV series — fiction, animation, or documentary — and want to:

  • Grow as writers, discover their voice, perspective, and unique way of storytelling.

  • Develop confidence and creative tools for their current and future projects.

  • Turn “good ideas” into “strong scripts” that can capture a producer’s interest, succeed in pitching opportunities and funding applications.

If you want your story to work on screen, awake emotions in the audience, and reach the professional level that cinema and television demand, this Mentorship can help.

The Screenwriting Mentorship provides regular, precise, and supportive guidance. It’s a dialogue from writer to writer.

It offers a professional and safe space to:

  • Move your story forward

  • Receive expert feedback

  • Strengthen your voice without losing your authenticity

The goal is to train writers who can confidently support their vision with creative discipline.

How does it work?

  • The mentorship runs for 6 months with regular one-on-one sessions.

  • We work on your writing at your own pace, according to the needs of your project.

  • We progress from the first idea, or draft, to a fully developed version of your treatment, script or TV show.

  • Each session is a time to reflect, make decisions, clarify, and write in preparation for the next meeting.

Copyright, including any contributions made to the story during the collaboration, remains entirely with the author of the project.

When getting funding gets even harder

This mentorship also provides strategic support for production!

Many producers tell me they find themselves constantly juggling 20 to 30 projects at the same time.

Moreover, as the OFC states in the Ordinance on the Promotion of Cinema (OECin; RS 443.113) 2026–2028:

"It will no longer be possible to submit a second request for screenwriting support or project development funding."

This change will have a major impact on screenwriters, and producing films will become even more challenging.

Now is the time to strengthen the writing phase and give your projects the best chance of securing funding.

The mentorship for screenwriters supports the development of your scripts, keeping both the artistic and economic aspects of your production in mind.

In this new context, a solid outside perspective is no longer a luxury, it’s a key advantage. Let’s talk.
